Understanding the business objective.

Following major corporate changes at the second largest transport network in the UK, this public/private sector enterprise appointed a new Board. A restructure resulted in cultural shifts and redundancies.

How did we help?

Tsuko helped to refine the SPT's organisational values and developed a brand engagement campaign entitled 'We are SPT' with a view to harnessing communication with 700 staff at all levels.

We interviewed staff, collected anecdotes and insights that represent SPT values defined by the commitment and behaviours of staff.

Making it happen.

This led to the development of a two year campaign, embodied by positive quotes, short films and imagery of SPT staff across a fun flip brand book, poster campaign, staff intranet and various merchandise including environmentally friendly bags, water bottles and table toppers used to reinforce the brand values.
