To develop a new campaign to increase gift voucher sales over key promotional periods (summer, autumn, Christmas).

By undertaking initial research we identified a need to develop the brand to better position this destination spa in the luxury spa market, as well as drive gift voucher sales.
A creative brief was developed that took the initial business need further and rooted the activity in brand repositioning with tactical applications to achieve the gift voucher sales requirement.

The campaign proposition 'Relax in the most beautiful surroundings' was developed and the branding was underpinned with its own unique proposition 'Scotland's only destination spa'.
Reflecting the sense of calm and seclusion, an emotive campaign was created.
