Each year Johnston Carmichael offers graduates the opportunity to join their training programme to become qualified Accountants (CA and ACCA).

They have grown awareness of their brand amongst students, but there is still more to be done. Johnston Carmichael want to increase the number and quality of applications and profile a fresh presentation of the brand to a new generation of young accountants.

The differentiating benefits of Johnston Carmichael's offer were identified to drive home the most compelling key messages, for example "benefits of working for a big firm and the advantages of a local office".

Tsuko proposed the concept 'Best of Both', using characterful juxtapositions of two components that could communicate the benefits of size, attitude and experience with Johnston Carmichael in a distinctive and coordinated style.

Apply

Tsuko created a brochure with an innovative folding format, aligned with the concept of 'Best of Both', to create an engaging piece that brings the brand to life for the student audience. The brochure folded out to a poster for use at fairs and University careers offices.

A dedicated microsite was developed to provide easy access to the information required by students and drive them to an online application form.
