That’s because under the leadership of Susanna Freedman, the whole team makes a tremendous effort to not only understand the brief that you have given them, but also to relate that to the strategic goals of your own organisation. They have provided a good level of challenge to our thinking – which really changed an important project for the better. Finally, Tsuko’s commitment to research, as well as the design skills and all round creativity in the company makes it stand out, in my view.
