  • The Centre's Christmas campaign given Tsuko treatment

    An Autumn/ Winter media campaign for The Centre in Livingston has been developed by Tsuko.

    The campaign, which features the straplines ‘Reflecting your Style’ and ‘Way Beyond Your Expectations’ will raise awareness of The Centre and also of its fashion offer and its location near to both Glasgow and Edinburgh and will run across print, outdoor, web and radio.

  • Tsuko lands place on Land Securities roster

    Edinburgh-based brand agency Tsuko, has been awarded a place on Land Securities’ first formal retail roster. The achievement will see Tsuko working across all 27 of the developer’s UK shopping centres and outlets.

    Chosen for its breadth of expertise, “track record and passion for great design”, Tsuko joins the roster from a shortlist of 15 companies. Tsuko was the only successful Scottish agency. It will now work alongside five England-based agencies (Leicester-based Untitled, Leeds-based DS Emotion, and London-based Small Back Room, Design House and lead agency Next Big Thing) to ensure a consistent creative standard across marketing and visual communications for Land Securities’ £5.5bn retail portfolio. Read more.

  • Tsuko behind launch of The Centre, Livingston

    The Centre, the reincarnation of the Almondvale Shopping Centre and the new £130m Elements Square, has turned to brand agency Tsuko for a two year media campaign to position itself as an alternative shopping destination to Glasgow and Edinburgh.

    With the official opening last week, Tsuko launched the first phase of the campaign ‘if it’s out there, you’ll find it in here’ with extensive press and outdoor advertising, a redesign of the website and on-site promotional literature. For the first time, the creative work for Livingston’s town centre puts forward a strong fashion message and in this early phase, all ads have an eye on Christmas sales, running through to the week of 15th December.
