Task

To develop the branding for the Scottish division of the organisation and apply this to a range marketing communications.

Result

A design that respects the integrity of the UK brand yet emphasises the differentiation. Application to brochures, displays, stationery, newsletter, adverts and website was harnessed by a concept based on the involvement of local ambassadors to the Standard who demonstrate its value via images and quotes from employees and managers or owners of Scottish businesses in the five sectors that Investors in People Scotland target. A development of that concept has been the newly launched project for the SME market. Through in-depth research, Tsuko identified this market as having reservations and a lack of understanding of the positive impact of the accreditation. The marketing approach, which was rolled out across all channels, challenged those perceptions and clearly articulated an understanding of the issues facing the audience.
